Happy Monday, all! This past weekend I went full on Blog Prep 2015 and scheduled out blog posts for the rest of the year. And it only took an hour! This post from Daniela Uslan (a fellow Freelance to Freedom-er) was the catalyst for this productivity boost. I highly recommend doing it. When it came time to schedule my blog posts, I had to consider my overall business concept:
Fix and build WordPress websites for female small biz owners
I’m talking about you! That means I take care of all things WordPress for you, so that you can work on the things you’re passionate about in your biz, without pulling your hair out over things you dislike. With my blog, I aim to showcase my expertise, but I also want to make sure you’re receiving valuable information so you can make informed decisions about your web stuff on your own.
All that being said, here is the schedule for the remainder of the year – let’s take a look see, shall we?
May will focus on all things responsive. We can no longer build websites that look beautiful just on desktops.
June: Stress Less Web
Running your own biz is stressful! June will be about how to reduce stress when it comes to your biz on the web.
July: Layout that gets you business
Have a great service, but no one’s buying? I’m going to provide effective knowledge bombs for a website that sells.
August: Tech Support 101
Breaking down the basics of tech support so you can be as tech savvy as necessary.
What’s your end game, buddy? Let’s make sure your website reflects your business goals.
October: Making your site truly “you”
Tactics for infusing your brand + personality into your website.
November: Design inspiration
The holidays are coming up, so we’re going to keep this month light. I’m going to showcase design ideas that will inspire your web for 2016.
December: Images that work for you
Let’s get visual, visual!
And that’s the schedule! I’m going to take the rest of the month off from blogging to get started on these posts. You’ll still get emails with helpful links for your biz, just no new blog posts until May. Stick around – your biz is going to be thankful you did!
